My name is Yanchi Su, and I come from Jining, Shandong Province, a city known as the Home of Confucius and Mencius, Capital of the Grand Canal. I received my bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from Jilin University. During my Ph.D. studies, my research mainly focused on developing computational algorithms for single-cell and spatial omics data analysis, including imputation, integration, and clustering methods. I also enjoy communicating with people from different disciplinary backgrounds, as I believe interdisciplinary exchange can inspire new ideas and broaden perspective. In my spare time, I enjoy playing ball games, running, and working out.
