My name is He Qirui. I got my bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University-Beijing Normal University United International College and my undergraduate major was Data Science. I’m currently a student in the MSc in Biomedical Informatics program at NUS. As I was a student majoring in Data Science, I had a keen interest in applying Machine Learning techniques to the Bioinformatics area. I hope I can accumulate research experience and make my contribution to the ‘cell segmentation for spatial transcriptomics’ project.
