I was born in Haining, a small town in the middle between Shanghai and Hangzhou. I received a master’s degree in biology and a bachelor's degree in bioinformatics from Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) where I was trained in the lab of Prof. Wei Chen (http://chenlab.bio.sustech.edu.cn/). Before joining the Liu Lab, I worked on investigating co-accessibility in scATAC-seq data. I also have some experience in analyzing bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq data.

I am currently interested in single cell multi-omic quantitative trait loci. I am also willing to learn more about machine learning.
