My name is Wang Wenjing. I come from Chengdu, a very vibrant city located in southwest China. I received my Master’s degree in bioinformatics at KU Leuven. As a RA, I used to be in charge of anti-fungal research on natural compounds at UCAS. I had research experiences related to GWA study and Polygenic Risk Calculation for admixed populations, and accumulated analysis experience in scRNA-seq and ChIP-seq analysis. I am keen on figuring out the genetic drivers for disease development, also interested in the application of machine learning to bioinformatics.
